I live in The Dalles with my husband, dog, and our cat. We have 3 wonderful and terrific grown children who are involved or married with kind and loving people. I am a happy and positive person. I teach at Sherman County High School, specializing with students who need help in reading and math. I have wanted to be a teacher since I was 5, and having this dream come true is simply amazing. I try hard to serve Christ daily, although I fall short often. I love to celebrate all aspects of life and things big and small. Most people have a favorite season, I however, find beauty in each season and look forward to the change. I love to be outdoors and I am beginning a new journey with photography.

This picture is taken at my grandma and grandpa's house.  I am not sure when my grandpa put in the flag pole, but I know that it has been there for as long as I can remember.  Let "Old Glory" wave freely in the air for all to see.

I love pansies.  They are one of the first signs of spring.  This is a double and I think it is beautiful.  It is such a nice day, that I had to go buy some pansies so I could plant them.
